OUR STORY

You want to know how it started ? Why here ? Why now ?

And why is this fucking burger speaking ?

All the answers (or almost) to your questions in our presentation's trailer !

Why did you choose to create a brand? And why a T-shirt?

Clem: We wanted to create a company firstly because it is a great experience for future entrepreneurs like us. Shanghai appeared to be the right place to start. We have all the suppliers next door, prices are low and westerners are welcomed. We decided to launch T-shirt because we wanted to share it with all of our friends so we needed a simple product that everybody knows and likes.

Geo: Yes we really wanted something easy to wear and that shares a cool image. It’s our first “entrepreneurial” experience so we wanted to make it a bit of fun.

What were the different steps in the T-shirt production?

Clem: Initially the only thing we were sure of is that we wanted to create T-shirt, but we didn’t know which kind. To help us we first organized a focus group with close friends and their relatives to capture the expectations of our future clients.

Geo: This was really productive and with all this information we could create the design. Once we finally had that, which took a while (laugh “ahahah”) we could shift our focus to the production.

Clem: It was maybe less enjoyable than the creation but still very interesting because we met a lot of people. The supplier and the printer that we worked with tough us many things about how to start a business!

What are your expectations for the future?

Geo: We primarily created this company to gain entrepreneurial experience, as we said it before, but certainly we hope that the design will be popular. The main aim of any firm is to sell its product so we can’t expect less for ours.

Clem: We decided to initially create just 60 T-shirts but we expect to produce more and more in the future when we sell our initial production. We already have many new designs that, we hope, could see the light of day!
